WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar in hand paid to each other, receipt of which
is herein acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations hereinafter set forth, both parties aforesaid, bind
themselves as follows: TO WIT:

concessions — including the popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone, candy apple stand — unless excluded herein. That party
of the first part agrees to have all rides and concessions under his jurisdiction properly cosered by insurance.

That party of the second part further agrees to cut and rake up the grass, if necessary, and provide Electricity as soon

In case of accident, delay, stri s, fire, flood, cyclone, epidemic, or any unforseen occurance os er which the party of
the first part has no control, then they are not to be held for damages by the party of the second part.
