MEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2008

A joint Planning Board and Town Board Meeting was held Wednesday,March 19,2008
at the Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca,New York at 7:00
p.m. with Supervisor Podufalski presiding.
Present: Town Board members: Supervisor Frank Podufalski, Town Councilperson
Stephanie Gaynor, Town Councilperson Roy Ba.rriere, Town Councilperson Herb Masser,
Jr. and Town Clerk Alice Laue_ Absent Town Councilperson Robert Harvey and Town
Councilperson Roy Barriere.
Planning Board members: Co-chairman Virginia Bryant, Co-chairman Jim McConkey,
Debbie Teeter, Richard Neno, Ann Chaffee, Calvin Rothermich, Doug Willis.
Supervisor Podufalski opened the meeting by leading the assemblage in the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag_
Town Board members and Planning Board members introduced themselves to those in
attendance.
Supervisor Podufalski and Town Board members present requested that the Planning
Board take the repealed Local Law#3 of 2007 "utility.Scale Mind Energy Conversion
System Law of the Town of Enfield and other written local laws and write a local law
that is for all town residents. It is the Town's obligation to have a, local law for all tower
residents not one or two_
Areas of concern were set backs, property lines.
The meeting was closed at 7:40 upon unanimous vote of both board members present.
