WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar in hand paid to each other, receipt of which
is herein acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations hereinafter set forth, both parties aforesaid, bind

That party of the first part shall have exclusive privilege of all riding devices, including ponies, also
concessions — including the popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone, candy apple stand — unless excluded herein. That party
of the first part agrees to have all rides and concessions under his jurisdiction properly covered by insurance.

That as a consideration of the above-mentioned, the party of the first part agrees to pay the party of the ,econd part,
fifte n pent of the gross receipts, after tax, on all rides, when capable ticket sellers are furnished, also the flat sum of

That party of the second part hereby agrees to furnish all licenses a d taxes as required by law, electric current
delivred to the various fuse blocks and proper illumination by - ampere service, eater, police

Tj at party of the second part also agrees to furnish all newspaper and I or radio advertising, capable ticket sellers for
all rides, also a suitable location of grounds, known asn and free gate admission
tickets for all attaches of the party of the first part if exhibited where gate admission is charged.
That party of the second part further agrees to cut and rake up the grass, if necessary, and provide Electricity as soon

In case of accident, delay, striVus, fire, flood, cyclone, epidemic, or any unforseen occurancc over which the party of
the first part has no control, then they are not to be held for damages by the party of the second part.
