Board of the plans for the construction of a Wireless Telecommunications Facility
at 241 North Van Dorn Road.
2. PUBLIC HEARING #2 commencing at approximately 7:30 PM re: the review and/or
approval by the Planning Board for Enfield Energy LLC to erect a second
temporary MET Tower on
3. Call regular Planning Board Meeting to order at approximately 8:00 PM.`
4. Informational presentation & Q&A for Planning Board Members by Roger Yates
and Michael Morgenroth from the Amherst, NY office of Hatch Energy.*
5. Presentation/Discussion/Q&A with Planning Board (by John Rancich, Enfield
Energy Ilc and Stephen Bauman, M3rd, llc,; Healthy, Sustainable Design &
Implementation) re documents forwarded to Planning Board Members via email
on 06/26/08

Developer's Agreement
• Clarification of the Developer's Agreement and its intents, and;
• Housing Values Guarantee.
6. Review and approve minutes from the May 7, 2008 meeting with
changes/corrections, if any.

It should be noted that Enfield Energy LLC has not contracted with Hatch Energy for any services at this
time;but since their representatives were 'in town' for an initial consult. w/ Enfield Energy LLC, it was a timely
opportunity to tap into a professional resource for answering non-project specific questions from the Planning
Board re: construction and engineering of a USWECS .
