Presentation/Discussion/Q&A with Planning Board (by John Rancich, Enfield Energy Ilc and Stephen Bauman, M3rd, llc,; Healthy, Sustainable Design & Implementation) re documents forwarded to Planning Board Members via email on 06/26/08 • Proposed & preliminary (subject to modifications & change as req'd.) Wind Developer's Agreement • Clarification of the Developer's Agreement and its intents, and; • Housing Values Guarantee. 6. Review and approve minutes from the May 7, 2008 meeting with changes/corrections, if any. 7.
