7. Procedures to follow in setting up equipment at the scene of a fire
as instructed by the Fire Chief.
• 8. Attend at least 10 meetings during and until above performances have
been checked out by the Fire Chief or one of his officers.
9. Familiarize yourself with the By -Laws of the company.
3.)- General meetings are held the first and third Thursday of each month
at 8:00 PM, the siren is blown to signify the start of the meeting.
- Drinking of any beverage is not allowed during a General Meeting.
- Board of Directors meet the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM.
- Fire Investigation Team meetings are held the third Tuesday of each
month at 7:00 PM, 7:00-8:00 closed meeting; 8:00 on, open to all
members.
- Officers meetings are held the first Sunday of each month at 10:00 AM.
- Company trainings are held once a month, dates and times are posted on
the blackboard. These are mandatory trainings.
- Mini trainings are held just before adjournment of each General meeting.
. - Work Details are held on off Thursday nites and from time to time as
needed. Work details are posted on the blackboard and will be annouced
on the 6:00 Monitor test.
- After each Company Training or Work Detail or after doing any extra
work projects, make sure you sign your name and record your hours in
proper sign -in book.

4.) -Each member will be assigned to a group under the direction of one
of the officers.
-Each officer and his group will be assigned to a truck for 1 year.
- You will be responsible for keeping records and weekly checks of the
truck and it's equipment which is done each Thursday night.
- You will be responsible for keeping the appearance of the truck in
good condition.
