This includes one years dues of $4.00 and an application fee of $2.00. - You must also appear before the Investigation Committee for preliminary approval. After your appearance before the committee there is a two week waiting period. - After your two week waiting period your application will be presented to the membership for a vote. If your application is approved you will be asked to join the meeting at which time the President will introduce you, and you will become a Probationary Member of the Enfield Vol. Fire Co. - If application is rejected your $6.00 will be returned to you. �c obo-'t-�on 2.) - All new members will be on probation. - All new members must complete the 36 Hour N.Y.S. Essentials of Firemanship course by their second annual meeting, unless justifiable reasons have been approved by the Board of Directors. • - Probation must be completed in one year from membership date or the annual meeting, thereafter upon discretion of the Board. - All new members must complete probationary check list to be eligible to be taken off probation. - Each requirement on the checklist must be approved and initialed by an officer. - Probationary members not completing probation will be terminated. To operate Pumper, including driving the vehicle, if applicable must have valid drivers license. 2. Set up and operate portable equipment, including pumps, generators, etc.... 3. Know the use of resuscitators and air mask. • 4. Know use of miscellaneous equipment, ladders, hoses, adaptors, etc... 5. Know different nozzles and their specific use 6. Know and use correct procedures of operating radio equipment and telephones.
