from another parcel. Debbie Teeter wondered if that would be clear to those that will interpret the regulations that the existing parcel is old and the land being remove to create
another parcel is new? Jim McConkey said that he found this in other subdivision regulations, so it is not something unknown.
Minimum lot size was also discussed; the board was in general agreement that requiring large lots encourages rural sprawl. Jim McConkey agreed to check with the Health Department
to see if there were any state minimum lot requirements, and otherwise language can be added specifying the lot must be large enough to accommodate septic system requirements.
This change will require re-working the entire document, which Virginia Bryant agreed to do. She will forward a copy of the adjusted document to Jim McConkey for review, and then
a copy will be provided to the town for distribution to the Town Board for its review.
