Subdivision Rules/Regulations: Chase reported that this was the most recent item worked on by the Planning Board. The goal was to create subdivision regulations that would be in agreement
with site plan review and the Comprehensive Plan. Currently there are no subdivision regulations other than Health Department regulations.
Meeting Minutes: The board discussed the need for and importance of having minutes taken at each meeting. Minutes should record actions taken and a summary of subject discussions.
In the past, a non-board member attended the meetings and took minutes, but that did not work out and does not appear to be workable now. Teeter suggested taking turns. Chase said
some people found it hard to take minutes and participate at the same time. Teeter agreed to prepare minutes for this meeting based on her notes.
Meeting Schedule: The Planning Board will meet monthly on the 1st Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Building.
Next Meeting: Wednesday, June 2nd, 7:00 p.m.
