Call to Order: 6:30 pm
Privilege of the floor: Tammy Alling - Seeking information on Highway Dumpster Days, rescheduled
earlier due to COVID. Supervisor McGee suggests she watch the Town Website for updates.
Old Business:
Comprehensive Plan Statement of Findings and Comprehensive Plan:
o Supervisor Beth McGee Motions to accept edits to Final Comprehensive Plan

Supervisor Beth McGee moves to accept finding statement and final update of the Comprehensive
Plan

Councilperson Stephanie Redmond reads Resolution #2020-66
Supervisor McGee amends Resolution

Supervisor Beth McGee calls for any further discussion of resolution #2020-66 adoption of FGCP

Budget:
Supervisor Beth McGee moves to discuss 2021 Budget
Discussion: Councilperson Robert Lynch opens discussion. Would like to discuss cuts to the Highway
Department, including cutting an employee and a seasonal employee. Would also like to discuss
compensation for the Town Clerk.
Highway Department cut 20%
o Expenses, Cuts, Centerline Miles, Winter obligations (plowing, snow removal)
o Highway Superintendent Buddy Rollins

Discussion: Town Clerk
Town Clerk provided analysis of all Tompkins Towns and 14 Towns with populations nearly identical
to Enfield.
