Regular Town Board Meeting Minutes
Enfield Town Hall
Thursday, May 28, 2015

Present: Town Supervisor Ann Rider, Town Councilperson Vera Howe-Strait, Town
Councilperson Beth McGee, Town Clerk Alice Linton. Absent: Town Councilperson Virginia
Bryant, Town Councilperson Michael Carpenter,
The purpose of this special town board meeting was to discuss and begin the application process for
applying for a New York State Local Government Efficiency Grant to be used for a new town
municipal building.
Councilperson McGee went over each question on the grant application. Board members, the town
bookkeeper, and the code enforcement officer will be asked to help with individual questions,
depending on their area of expertise.
It was agreed that another special meeting will be held to add information from all sources to the
grant application so it can be submitted by the deadline of July 31, 2015. A board resolution will be
presented at a regular town board meeting authorizing submission of the gr ant application.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
