SPECIAL TOWN BOARD
MEETING MINUTES
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2009
2:30 P.M.
A Special Town Board meeting was held Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the
Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, NY with Supervisor
Podufalski presiding.
Present: Supervisor Frank Podufalski, Town Councilperson Roy Barriere, Town
Councilperson Herb Masser, Town Councilperson Stephanie Gaynor, Town
Councilperson Robert Harvey and Town Clerk Alice Laue.
Supervisor Podufalski called the meeting to order and asked for a motion to adopt the
2010 tentative budget as the 2010 Preliminary Budget.
Motion was made by Councilperson Barriere that the 2010 Tentaive Budget be adopted
as the 2010 Preliminary Budget.
Discussion: Setting of a public hearing before the adoption of the tentative budget as the
preliminary budget.
Vote: Councilperson Barriere aye, Councilperson Masser aye, Councilperson Gaynor
aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Motion carried.
Adjournment:
Motion made by Supervisor Podufalski, seconded by Councilperson Masser that the
Special Town Board meeting adjourns.
Discussion:
Vote: Councilperson Barriere aye, Councilperson Masser aye, Councilperson Gaynor
aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Motion carried.
