TOWN OF ENFIELD
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH, 2009
7:00 P.M.
A special town board meeting was held Wednesday, February 25th, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at
the Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York with
Supervisor Podufalski presiding.
Present: Supervisor Frank Podufalski, Town Councilperson Roy Barriere, Town
Councilperson Robert Harvey, Town Councilperson Stephanie Gaynor, Town Clerk
Alice Laue, Highway Superintendent Barry Rollins, Deputy Town Clerk Pat Dougherty.
Town Councilperson Herb Masser was absent.
Supervisor Podufalski led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Public Hearing
Supervisor Podufalski to have more information regarding legal action in regards to a fire
district at the regular March town board meeting.
Motion made by Councilperson Barriere, seconded by Councilperson Harvey that the
Town Board hold a public hearing on a proposed Enfield Volunteer Fire Company Fire
Protection contract.
Discussion
Vote: Councilperson Barriere aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Councilperson Gaynor
aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Councilperson Masser was absent. Motion carried
Adjournment:.
Motion made by Supervisor Podufalski, seconded by Councilperson Harvey that the
February 25th, 2009 Special Town Board adjourn.
Discussion:

aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Councilperson Masser was absent. Motion carried.
