TOWN OF ENFIELD
AUDIT MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2008
7:00 P.M.
The Town of Enfield annual audit meeting was held Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at the
Enfield Town Hall, 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York at 7:00 p.m. with
Supervisor Frank Podufalski presiding.
Present: Supervisor Frank Podufalski, Deputy Supervisor Jean Owens, Town
Councilperson Herb Masser, Town Justice Betty Poole, Town Justice James Varricchio,
Town Bookkeeper Pat Podufalski and Town Clerk Alice Laue.
Absent: Town Councilperson Stephanie Gaynor, Town Councilperson Robert Harvey,
and Town Councilperson Roy Barriere.
Town Justice Poole’s and Town Justice Varricchio’s books were presented for audit and
were audited by the board members present. Town Bookkeeper Podufalski’s books were
presented for audit and were audited by board members present. Town Clerk Laue’s
books were presented for audit and audited by board members present.
Motion made by Supervisor Podufalski and seconded by Councilperson Masser that the
Audit meeting adjourns.
Discussion:
Vote: Councilperson Masser aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
