ÐÏࡱtwo bids to install return air from the furnace to the first floor. Halcos bid was $3985.00 and bid from Hull Heating & Plumbing Co., LP. was $2,390.00. Motion was made by Councilperson Harvey, seconded by Councilperson Masser that the town board accept the Hull Heating & Plumbing Co., Lp bid of $2,390.00. Discussion: Vote: Couoncilperson Barriere aye, Councilperson Masser aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Councilperson Gayner was absent. Motion Was carried. Two bids for a new electric hot water heater were also presented by Councilperson Barriere. One from Night Owl Construction in the amount of $780.00 and a bid from Hull Heating &Plumbing in the amount of $675.00. Motion was made by Supervisor Popdufalski, seconded by Councilperson Masser that the town board accept the NightOwl Construction bid of $780.00. Night Owl Construction bid includes the removal and disposition of the old hot water heater and the electrical work needed for the installation. Discussion: Vote: Councilperson barrier aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Councilperson Masser aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Councilperson Gayner was absent. Motion carried. Adjournment: Motion was made by Supervisor Ppdufalski, seconded by Councilperson Massser that the special town board meeting adjourns. Discussion: Vote: Councilperson Barriere aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Councilperson Masser aye, Supervisor Podufalski aye. Councilperson Gayner was absent. Motion carried.
