TOWN OF ENFIELD
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2007
2:00 p.m.
A joint Special Town Board meeting was held Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.
with the Enfield Volunteer Fire Company Board of Directors and the Town of Enfield
Town Board. The meeting was held at the Enfield Fire House with Supervisor Owens
presiding.
Present: Supervisor Jean Owens, Councilperson Peggy Hubbell, Councilperson Robert
Harvey, Attorney for the Town Tim Mattison and Town Clerk Alice Laue.
Absent: Councilpersons Sandra Small and Jennifer Fisher.
Others Present: Enfield Volunteer Fire Company Board of Directors: Fire Chief Ron
Switzer, Deputy Fire Chief Art Howser, President Dennis Hubbell, Larry Stilwell, Greg
Stilwell, Jeff Hollister, Fire Company Attorney Mark Butler.
Motion made by Councilperson Hubbell, seconded by Councilperson Harvey that the
meeting move into Executive Session.
Discussion:
Vote: Councilperson Hubbell aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Owens aye,
Councilpersons Small and Fisher were absent. Motion carried.
Motion made by Councilperson Harvey, seconded by Councilperson Hubbell that the
Executive Session closes.
Discussion:
Vote: Councilperson Hubbell aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Owens aye,
Councilpersons Small and Fisher were absent. Motion carried.
Adjournment:
Motion made by Councilperson Hubbell, seconded by Councilperson Harvey that the
Special Town Board meeting adjourns.
Discussion:
Vote: Councilperson Hubbell aye, Councilperson Harvey aye, Supervisor Owens aye,
Councilpersons Small and Fisher were absent. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
