AUDIT MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15TH, 2003
6:30 P.M.
The annual meeting to audit the Town of Enfield books was held Wednesday, January
15th, 2003 at the Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York
at 6:30 p.m. with Supervisor Owens presiding.
Present: Supervisor Jean Owens, Town Councilperson Pat Gumaer, Town Councilperson
Peggy Hubbell, Town Councilperson R J Switzer. Town Councilperson Greg Stevenson
was absent. Others present were Town Justice Jane Murphy, Town Justice Betty Poole,
Court Clerk Carolyn Thall, Bookkeeper Pat Podafulski, Town Clerk Alice Laue.
The books audited were Supervisor’s General Fund and Highway Fund. Town Justice
Poole’s and the Town Clerk’s.
Adjournment
Motion was made by Town Councilperson Switzer that the audit meeting be adjourned.
Discussion –
Vote – Supervisor Owens aye. Town Councilperson Switzer aye, Town Councilperson
Gumaer aye, Town Councilperson Hubbell aye.
Audit meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
