TOWN OF ENFIELD
PUBLIC HEARING
TUESDAY,AUGUST 22ND,2001
6:50 P.M.
A Public Hearing was held Tuesday,August 22nd,2001 at the Enfield Community
Building, 182 Enfield Main Road,Ithaca,NY at 6:50 p.m. with Supervisor Owens
presiding.
Present - Supervisor Owens, Town Councilman Stevenson, Town Councilman Schehr,
Town Councilman Roach. Others present were Dianne McFall,Deputy Town Clerk.
Supervisor opened the public hearing by reading the advertisement published in the Ithaca
Journal- Public Hearing was concerning the adoption of the Town of Enfield
Comprehensive Plan.
Concerns expressed were tax increases, mobile home language.
Legality of this public hearing was questioned.
After everyone wishing to speak had spoken the public hearing was closed at 8:15 p.m.
