SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEEING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25', 2001
6:45 P.M.
A Special Town Board meeting was held Wednesday, April 25 b, 2001 at the Enfield
Town Hall, 168 Enfield Main Road, Ithaca, New York at 6:45 p.m. Supervisor Owens
presiding.
Present: Supervisor Jean Owens. Town Councilman Joe Schehr, Town Councilman
Greg Stevenson. Other's present were Jane Murphy.
RESOLUTION#4
Court Grant Application Resolution
Resolution made by Councilman Greg Stevenson, seconded by Councilman Joe Schehr.
WHEREAS, the receipt of funds for the Town Courts of the Town of Enfield would
assist in the operation of the courts, and
WHEREAS, those funds would enhance the courts ability to provide suitable and
sufficient services to the Town of Enfield,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Town Board of the Town of Enfield
authorizes the submission of the"Justice Court Assistance Program Grant Application."

Vote—Supervisor Owens yes. Town Councilman Stevenson yes. Town Councilman
Schehr yes.
Motion for adjournment made by Councilman Stevenson, seconded by Councilman
Schehr.
