AUDIT MEETING
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18th, 1995
i 6:30 P. M.
A meeting for the purpose of auditing the fiscal books of the Town of Enfield was
held Wednesday, January 18th, 1995 at the Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield
Main Road, Ithaca,, N. Y., at 6:30 p.m. Supervisor Owens presiding.

Others Present: Pat Podufalski, Bookkeeper
Ron Updike, Highway Superintendent

The following fiscal books of the Town of Enfield were audited:
General Funds, Highway Funds, Town Clerk's Cash Receipt Book and
Town Courts.

A Special Meeting of the Town of Board of the Town of Enfisld wa,• held •
Wednesday, January 18th, 1995 at the Enfield Community Center, loV. Enfield. Main
Road, Ithaca, N. Y. at 7:10 p.m.. .Superv�sor Owens presiding.
Present: Jean Owens, Supervisor

Architect John Benson, Cayuga Consultants, presented spefications for a vault
storage area as requested. Speficiations need to be included in the second SARA
Grant application. Mr. Benson also presented two floor plans for the renovation of the
Enfield Community Building.
NYMIR -
Motion made by Concilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman
VanNederynen that the Town Board of the Town of Enfieold approve for payment the
NYMIR Fire and Liability premium in the amount of $21,514.00.
Carried Unanimously
NEW BUDGET LINE-
Motion made by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman
VanNederynen that a new budget line item for Records Management in the amount of
$500.00 from the Contingency Fund be added to the budget.
Carried Unanimously
Motion made by Councilman Dougherty and.seconded by Councilman-
VanNederynen that the Audit Meeting and the Special Meeting of the Town Board of
the Town of Enfield adjourn.
