SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF ENFIELD
WEDNESDAY, JULY 13TH, 1994
9:30 P.M.
The Special Town Board, Meeting of the Town of Enfield was held Wednesday, July
13th, 1994 at the Enfield Community Building, 182 Enfield Main Road at 9:30 p.m..
Supervisor Owens presiding.
Present: Supervisor Jean Owens
Councilman Pat Dougherty
Councilman Linda VanNederynen
Councilman Garry Achilles
Councilman Newhart (absent due to resignation)
Others Present: Town Clerk Alice Laue
Town Attorney Robert Mulvey
Motion made by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman VanNederynen
that Supervisor Owens sign the SARA grant in the amount of$13,755.00.
Carried Unanimously
M option made by Councilman VanNederynen, seconded by Councilman
Dougherty that the Small Cities Grant bills in the amount of $19,988.82 be paid.
Carried Unanimously
Motion made by Councilman VanNederynen, seconded by Councilman Achilles
that the Town Supervisor with approval of the Enfield Volunteer Fire Company move
the Town of Enfield Election District Number Two from the Enfield Town Hall to the Fire
House. If this is not approved, the Town Board of the Town of Enfield authorizes the
Town Supervisor, Jean Owens, move the Town of Enfield Election District Number
Two to the first floor of the Enfield Community Building.
Motion made by Supervisor Owens, seconded by Councilman VanNederynen that
Robert Linton, effective immediately, fill Councilman Newharrs position on the Town of
Enfield Town Board until 1 2/31/94. Position to be filled at 11/94 election.
Carried Unanimously
