TOWN OF ENFIELD
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MINUTES
• JUNE 9, 1993
The Special Town Board meeting was called to order at 7 : 15 p .m.
on June 9, 1993 with the following members present :
PRESENT: Jean Owens , Town Supervisor
Robert Linton, Councilman
Patricia Dougherty, Councilwoman
Donald Lovelace, Councilman
Linda VanNederynen, Councilwoman
EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Councilwoman VanNederynen to move into
Executive Session. Councilman Lovelace seconded the motion. The
motion carried.
At 9 : 50 p.m. , a motion was made by Councilman Lovelace to move
out of Executive Session . Councilwoman VanNederynen seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Linton made a motion to appoint Betty Poole as Interim
Town Clerk/Tax Receiver . Councilman Lovelace seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Lovelace made a motion to advance the payroll date to
the 15th of June. Councilman Linton seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
Councilman Linton made a motion to appoint Alfred Eddy to fill
the Agriculture position on the- Planning Board. Councilman
Lovelace seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Linton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Councilman Lovelace seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 10 : 05 P .M.
