to order at 7 : 38 pm with the following Town Board members present :

Supervisor Jean Owens Dep . Town Clerk Linda Stilwell
Councilman Robert Linton
Councilman Linda VanNederynen
Councilman Donald Lovelace
• Supervisor Owens said she has had her name put on Jake Smithers '
Justice account so she can write the necessary checks .
Supervisor Owens have an article placid in the Ithaca Journal under
Town Topics and post on the bulletin board in both stores a request
for resumes for town justice.
Councilman Linton made a motion to adopt the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Enfield hereby
request the assignment of Honorable Roger Rector , Town Justice of
the Town of Ulysses to serve as Town justice for an interim period'
and did agree to pay the Town of Ulysses an annual salary rate of
blank for a period not to exceed 8 months .

Councilman Lovelace seconded the mot:..i.on . Resolution carried.
Councilman Lovelace made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Councilman Linton seconded the motion . Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 8 : 25 pm.
