The Annual Town Audit meeting was called to order with the following members
present:

Councilman Pat Dougherty
The General Fund 1991 Summary and Audit was reviewed and approved by the Town
• Board and signed.
The Town Justices books were audited and signed.. Justice Smithers said he had
473 traffic cases -in 1991.
The Town Clerk's and Tax Receiver's books were audited and signed.
Councilman Linton made a motion for a resolution that the Enfield Town Board
will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 5,
1992 at 7:30 pm to consider action in accordance with sub-division 6, section
305 of the Agriculture and Markets Law (Chapter 658 of the laws of 1991) which
provides for the levy, of Fire and other Special Benefit Taxes on agricultural
ceiling values, as established by the State, for qualified applicants.
Councilman Dougherty seconded the motion. Motion was carried.
The Public Hearing on the proposed local law #1 of 1992 was scheduled for*7:30
pm on February 5, 1992 at the Enfield Community Building.
Councilman Lovelace made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Dougherty seconded
the motion. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:50 pm.
