The Special Meeting on the Proposed Cellular Tower was called to
order at 7:30 pm in the Enfield Community Building with the
following members present :

Supervisor Etta Gray Town Clerk Jean Scofield
Councilman Robert Linton
Councilman Donald Lovelace
Councilman Andrew Kraft
Councilman Onale Mente

• John Vo.nderlin spoke regarding tiZe Ithaca Journal article that it
was not a true representation.
Karen Anderson presented a petition of 140 names that are against
the tower.
Robert Cooper named five people who are against the towers built in
Trumansburg.
Steve Coggin asked for careful consideration of the tower. He
asked that the tower would not be constructed.
Keith Osber, attorney for Pegasus/CommStruct reminded the town
board that the Planning Board supported- the tower project with a
vote of 5 - 2.
It was noted that the Planning Board did not vote on the project.
Andy Ruina said that Pegasus/CommStruct should guarantee income and
people will not be able to see tower from the park in writing.
Mr_ Arnold said he saw the balloon today over the top of the woods.
As the result of Town Attorney Shirley Egan not attending the
meeting. Councilman Linton made a motion to adjourn the meeting
until Tuesday, December 3, 1991 at 7:30 pm in the Community
Building. Councilman Kraft seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8: 10 pm.
