The Public Hearing on the Proposed Site Plan Review Law was called
to order at 7 : 40 pm with the following town board members present :

Supervisor Etta Gray Town Attorney Shirley Egan
• Councilman Onale Mente Town Clerk Jean Scofield
Councilman Robert Linton
Councilman Andrew Kraft
Supervisor Gray state the purpose of the meeting. Attorney Shirley
Egan explained to the audience the steps necessary to pass a local.
law.
Many local town people spoke regarding the lack of space for
everyone to hear and speak about the proposed Site Plan Review Law.
Supervisor Gray adjourned the public hearing at 7 : 50 pm. The
Public Bearing will be held at a later date when a larger building
could be obtained.
