The special. meeting for the Annual A-t.i(-.*JiI, of th,e Town, 1300kR was
called to order at 7: 30 pin. The following members were present:

Supervisor Etta Gray Justice Jake Smithers
Councilman Andrew Kraft Justice Dale Townley
• Councilman Onale Mente Town Clerk Jean Scofield
Councilman Robert Linton
Councilman Donald Lovelace
The Town Justices' books were audited and signed by the Town
Board.
The Town Clerk' s Cash Receipts books and Tax Collector' s Books
were audited and signed by the Town Board.
General Fund and Highway Fund books were audited and signed by
the Town Board.
Councilman Linton made a motion to adjourn the special meeting.
Councilman Kraft seconded the notion. Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 8: 45pm.
