The special meeting :lca the Annual. Audit of the Town books was
called •to order at 7: 20 pm. The following members were present:

Councilman Donald Lovelace
The General. Fund. and. Highway Fund books were audited and signed
by the Town Board..
The Town Clerk' s Cash Receipts books and Tax Collector' s Books.
were audited and signed by the Town Board.
The Town Justices' books• were audited and signed by the Town
Board.
Councilman Mente made a motion to adjourn the special meeting.
Councilman Kraft seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 8: 15pni.
