to order on May 10, 1989 at 7: 30 pm with the following membrrrs

There were no comments.
APPOINTMENT OF DOG ENUMERATOR
Councilman Lanning and Supervisor Gray interviewed 3 people for
the position. They recommended Jeanette Colyer of Hines Road,
Councilman 'Lanning made a motion to appoint Jeanette Colyer as
Dog Enumerator. Councilman Kraft seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
AD HOC COMMITTEE
Councilman Linton made a motion on the charge to the Ad Hoc
Committe (copy attached) and recommended that all people that
signed up for the committee and Gordon VanNederyn (Enfield
representative on the County Board Planning Committee) be
appointed to the committee. Joe Cambridge to be appointed to
assemble the first meeting of the committee. Councilman Lanning
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Linton made a motion to adjourn the special meeting,
Councilman Kraft seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Thom Enfield Town Dioard here- 9,ppoints an advisory conniittee
to investigate and study issues related to planning for futire
Town development. The committee shall consult with the County
Planning Department and other onmmu-ni.-ties dealing with r:Ji-(i-I. "Jar
issues and make recommendations to the. Town Board on the. bolt •
course of action for our community, including tl-j(- role (.-)I- (2ytent
of responsibility and administrative authority that might be
assigned to a formal Planning Board in any related action the
Town night take.
The Committee shall represent , as nearly as possible,
different areas of the Town as well. as the variety of interests
the community.
The Committee shall meet as soon as possible and make a
report to the Town Board on or before August 2, 1989. The
committee shall be self-organized with one member assigned the
respon.sibil.ity of assembling tll(� CC)III'ITI:IJ-,tee for first meting,
The services of the Town Attc)rnf.-!y and the Town Meeting Ronm .shall
be made available and. ordinary meeting expenses (postage, notifi.-
cation, etc, ) shall become a town 7.harge, Any extraordineo-y
expenses, such as consulting services, shall require prior
approval of the Town Board.
