January 18, 1989
The Special Meeting for the Annual Audit was held on Wednesday,
January 18, 1989 with the following members present:
Elected Officials Other Official;
-----------------Councilman Andrew Andrew Kraft Town Justice Robert Bock.
Councilman Onale Mente Town Justice Jacob Smithers
Councilman Robert Linton Town Clerk Jean Scofield
Supervisor Etta Gray
• PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Justice' s books were audited; Town Clerk' s books were
audited, and the General and Highway books audited.
The Special Meeting regarding the Building Code Enforcement
Officer Appointment was called to order..
The Building Code Committee felt that the two outside firms would
be too expensive for the residents.
Councilman Linton made a motion to appoint Roger Rumsey as
Building Code Enforcement Officer. Councilman Kraft seconded the
motion. Motion was carried.
Supervisor Gray to contRacfit Mr. Rumsey. The appointment to be
effective January 18, 1989. Letters will be sent to other
applicants.
Councilman Linton made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Kraft
seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8: 30
pm.
