A Special Meeting was held on the above date on the vacancy position
of Town Clerk with the following members present:
Councilman Roger Laue
Councilman Larry Lanning
Supervisor Gray
Town Clerk Shirley Holcomb
Town Historian M. Clyde Hubbell
Councilman Linton arrived late.
1. Supervisor Gray had a request from the justices to leave the town
copier at the town hall instead of at the clerk's office.
Councilman Lanning felt it a good idea.
Town Clerk feels that it would ruin the machine sitting in there due to the
emissions of the equipment in the garage.
Jack Hubbell feels it not a good idea as it would get misued at the town hall.
No decision made.
Vacancy of Town Clerk's position — Sonja Schreiber, Helen Jackson, Nancy Lanning
and Joan Sharp asked and declined. Joanne Lychalk interested in the job as she
will be running in the fall anyway. Decision to be made at regular meeting
