BEVERAGES, MICROWAVE, MISCELLANEOUS SPICED CIDER COCKTAIL 2 c.cider 2 sticks cinnamon Its tsp. salt 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 whole cloves 3/4 c.orange juice 3 whole allspice 1 c. chilled ginger ale Combine cider, salt, and spices in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer about 5 minutes.Strain and cool. Add lemon juice and orange juice. Sweeten a little if desired.Chill thoroughly.Just before serving,add chilled ginger ale. Makes about 8 servings.
