PRESENT: Ann Chaffee, Joe Dawson, Henry Hansteen, Rich Teeter, Dan Walker
ABSENT: Steve Givin
OTHERS PRESENT: Alan Teeter, Code Officer
Dan Walker called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
There was discussion on recommendations for membership positions. Ann Chaffee and
Joe Dawson were asked if they were ok with staying with the same positions they had
before. Ann Chaffee was a representative for the agricultural community. They agreed to
the positions.
Dan Walker made a motion to recommend to the Town Board that Ann Chaffee fill the
position as a regular Planning Board member to start January 1, 2019 to December 2023,
a five year term. Joe Dawson recommended for filling the alternate Planning Board
member position to start January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, 3 year term. Motion
seconded by Henry Hansteen. Motion passed unanimously. Dan Walker will inform Beth
McGee regarding the above recommendations.
Dan Walker shared “large” Enfield maps he had printed for the Comprehensive Plan:
Soils – showed prime soils – drained; soils of statewide importance; prime soils.
Most soils are statewide important in the town.
Tax Parcel and Buildings
Map of Roads – Traffic Flow and Traffic Generators
The Board discussed the maps in general.
Alan Teeter reported there was no matters for the Planning Board.
The Board agreed that Dan Walker should accept the position of Chairperson for the
Planning Board in 2019.
The next meeting is February 6 . The Board will continue with reviewing the Subdivision
Regulations.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Dan Walker and seconded by Henry
Hansteen. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
