IN THE FATTER of the Dissolulion of CommonSchoolDistrict No. 13, Town oftnfield, County of Tompkins, and the annexation of the territory thereof to Central School District No. 1, Towns of Ulysses, Covert H and Hector, Counties of Tompkins, Seneca and Schuy er. ................ It pipearing that it is for the best educational interests of the community that Corr non School District No. 13, Town of Enfield, County of Tompkins, be dissolvol and that the territory included within the boundaries of said district be annex'ed to Central School District No. 1, Towns of Ulysses, Covert, and Hector, Counties of Tompkins, Seneca and Schuyler. NOW, THEREFORE, pursant to the authority vested in the undersigned under and by virtue c'F the provisions of the Education Law of the State of New York, and particularly section i28 thereof, we, E. Craig Donnan, District Superintendent of the First Supervisory District of the County of Tompkins, Irving Goodrich, District Superintendent of the Supervisory District of the County of Schuyler, and Ifernette L. Chapman, stricZurn end - i of _t e- t, Supervisory District of the County of -Seneca, do -i hereby ORDS, that Common School District No. 13 of the Toi,,m of Enfield, County of Tompkinq�, be and the same is hereby dissolved; and that the territory included within the bouaries of said district as heretofore established and recognized be and the same hereby is annexed to Central School District No. 1, Towns of Ulysses, Covert and Hector, Jounties of Tompkins, ompkins, Seneca and Schuyler.
