Wed. MXX Dec. 1, 1971 7:30 P.M.
Regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville
held at the Town Hall ,Frank K. Taylor, Supervisor, presiding.
Members present were,Justices Donald Eaton and Ron. Fish, Council-
men, Ray Miller and Sherm. Griswold. Also present were Rudy
Krauklis, BKPR. for Supervisor's accounts, Town Attorney ,John J.
® Gardner, Town ASSER , Henry Wadsworth, Fred Walker, Water &
Sewer Dept. Wglter Priest and another gentleman was present also.
Town Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and they were
approved.
Town Clerk read a Petition from 31 residents of the Lime Hollow
Gunzer. Dr. area, requesting a speed limit, 35 mile per hr. for
a portion of Lime Hollow Road as indicated on the Petition, and 25
mile per hr. for Gunzen Dr., Forest Dr. and Maplewood Lane as in-
'V dicated on the Petition.
Motion -was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
Pi-tition be accepted and referred to the Cortland County Highway
Supt. This motion was passed unanimously.
Justice Fish reported he has been contacted regarding roads for
sno-mobilir_g in the Town of Cortlandville.
Regarding a letter to Mr. Gordon Hathway from J.W.Stiles relative
�Ih to reducing security of deposit from 5300. to $1000, motion was made
by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Eaton that this letter be tabled until
the December 15th. meeting. This motion was passed.
• Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Miller that Justice
Eaton be allowed necessary expenses to Traffic Court Conferences
Dec. 10,11, 1971 at Binghamton, N.Y. Motion passed unanimously.
,� Motion by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that Mr. L. Wagner be
paid $.15 per mile for his pick-up truck for sno-plowing.

Mr. Walker reported that he had installed pipe for the water
lines as far as the Streeter property on Fairview Dr.
Motion was madd By Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold that
the final meeting of the year be held Wed. Dec. 29, 1971 at 7:30
P.M., this motion was carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold that all
bills as presented by the Town Clerk and audited by the Town
Board be paid. This motion was carried unanimously.
