Regular meeting:
Public Hearing ,Gutchess Property, Tompkins St, Ext. 7:30 P.M.
Regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville
was held at the Town Hall, Terrace Road, after the Public Hearing
regarding the re®zoning.of the Gutchess-Property in order to pro-
ceed with the Draco Commons Housing -project. Supervisor Frank K.
Taylor presided with Board. members, Justices Ron Fish and Doan
Eaton, and Councilman Ray E. Miller present. Councilman Sherman
Griswold was not present. Others present at this meeting were,
Rudy Krauklis, Bkpr, for Supervisor, Town Engineer, Way. Rowell ,
Town Attorney John Gardner, Town Assessor Henry Wadsworth, and
Fred Walker, rater Department.
The Town Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and there
were no corrections, also, the Town Clerk read an acknowledgement
of thanks from Mr. & Mrs. Ron Fish, Cor flowers, -for his mother,
Motion was made by Mr, Miller seconded by Mrs Eaton that a
6 months extension of House trailer permit be granted Gordon Darling
10,00 fee being paid to Town Clerk, this motion was carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Ron Fish that the
Board bid on a used mower from the Dept. of Transportation, bid

price sent ��". ` - a certified check to the State, the
amount of the check sent in was '�od�e �d . This motion was
carried.
q Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that Mr.
• Fish investigate the possibility of a street light in front of
John Daniels resIdende on Highland Rd. and also, at Al Morris,
residence on Cosmos Hill Rd., This motion was carried.

as presented by the Town Clerk and audited by the Town Boarct be
paid as follows:
