Taylor with Board members present as follgvas: Justices Donald Eaton and Ronald Fish, councilmen Sherman Griswold and Ray 7. Miller ,also present were Rudy Krauk-1 is, Book-keeper for Supervisor, Town Assessor Henry Wa.dsworth,Town Attorney J.J.Gard_ner Town -Engineer, Wm. Rowell,. Town.Hgwy Supt. Lou Wagner, and Fred L Walker, Maintenance, Water. & Sewer Dept. Town Clerk read minutes of the last meeting and there were no corrections. Supervisor read a. letter from the New York State Dept.,Division for Youth regarding the elimination of all executive budget funds Letter_ was signed by Roslyn G. McDonald,acti_ng director. Mr. McNeil of the Cortla.ndville Mall ,Shopping Ctr. was present and showed plans of the "Mall". He requests that the Town make application to Dept. of Water Power & Control_ to enlarge the Water District and allow them to use water from the 12" main from the Water. Tank. -.31 Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the Supervisor be empowered to petition the Dept. of. Water Power & Control Commission to furnish water from Water Dist. # l to this proposed Mall_ Shopping Ctr. This motion was carried. • Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Griswold that the Petition of Leonard Bacon and other owners of land on the old Snell Road be accepted and. filed and J.J.Gardner, Town Attorney be author- iz�d to investigate the facts. This motion was carried. 0 Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Fish that the Supervisor be empowered to contact Mayor Noss of the City of Cortland .for per- mission to use the Sewer for a proposed Shopping Ctr. to be erected on the Theatre Property on Tompkins St. extension, amount of Sewerage would be approximately 400 gallons daily into the Trunk Line. This motion was carried Motion was made by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold to authorize • Mr. Rowell to get estimates on painting the outside of the [dater Tank. This motion was carried.
