2nd Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cortland-
ville held at the Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. ,Supervisor F.K.Taylor
presiding. Members present were Councilmen Sherman Griswold and
Ray Miller, Justices Don. Eaton and Ron Fish. Also present
were Rudy Krauklis, Book-keeper. for Supervisor, Town Engineer
Wm. Rowell, Town. Attorney, John Gardner,Town Assessor Henry Wads-
worth,Highway Superintendent, Lou Wagner and Fred Walker, Water
Department supervision.
Town Clerk .read the minutes of the last meeting and there were
no corrections.
,al Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the
Supervisor be empowered to sign McGraw Library Agreement. This
motion wa's carried.
,0o Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
Supervisor be empowered. to sign agreement with the Cortland City
Library. This motion was carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Miller that a Local
Survey Firm be employed to make a survey of the Frank Lambert
property. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that Don
McKee L.S. be employed for the above survey. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that Town
13 Officials be allowed 10¢ per mile for their cars on Town Business.
This motion was carried.
There being no further business at this time, meeting adjourned.
