The Planning Board welcomed Jane NIchoIson to the staff. The Board irntroduced themselves.
Katie Stoner, Sustainability Planner, presented "A Community Snapshoi: The Dryden

Jane Nichulscm handed out a fl ow chart. and draft 11 UD document that had been cmailed to the
Planning Board earlier In the day. Question fron, PB; 'flie existing lain requires a PUD when a
development happens on a NY S highway. This document does not seem to require that- What are
the state requirements surrounding PUDs? The state requires SEQRA and environmental
