Excused& Staff Present: Dan Kwasnowski, Environmental Planner; fatty Millard, Recording Secretary; Others Present: Mary Ann SLLmner, Town Supervisor; Joseph Solomon, Town Board Liaison. Absent: Meeting called to order at 7:00, Tompkins County Planning Department's Annual Report was passed around. Dan Kwasnowski met with Mike Welti and Lawrence Rice from Behan Planning Associates today. Should have a final draft ready for the Board in the next couple of weeks and then be. ready to go to the public for public review and continent. M Sumner asked to have an Executive Summary written. Dan suggested a Process Narrative. It would cover what. the goals were and how they were accomplished. isThe Zoning Map was discussed further — continuin g last month's discussion. Some changes were made. Discussed the Yellow Barn Water Company — whether a private supplier was considered having public water. Under the current -r_oning definition, that is considered the same as a municipal supplier. Town of Ithaca extended their moratorium in the NE by another 6 months. Developer was in favor of this (Larry 1A`abbroni represented). They're looking in to a land exchange. Drainage is an issue; Sapsucker Woods constraints; water availability. There is a Big Box Overlay District in the proposed draft that Ilan, Mike & Lawrence were working on. it hasn't been added to the map.
