Others Present:Henry Slater, Director of Code Enforcement; Mary Ann Sumner, Town Board Liaison;
Patty Millard, Recording Secretary; Applicant, Diane & Alex Gair; Behan Planning Associates reps,
Lawrence Bice and John Behan.
Meeting called to order at 07:05 PM.
Approve Minutes Jule & August:
Joe Lalley made a motion to approve the July and August minutes. Joe Laquatra seconded the motion.
All voted in favor.
I3amburg /Gair subdivision Sketch conference:
Diane & Alex Gair were present. They want to purchase 4 acres of land from a 24 acre parcel with
Diane's sister Margaret Hamburg). With two other sales that have happened in the past five years,
subdividing this 4 -acre parcel into two 2 -acre parcels requires them to ask for subdivision approval. The
parcel is on Caswell Road in the 600 block.
H Slater - While they haven't closed yet, the sale is pending and they have the current owner's
permission to apply for subdivision approval. This property is also subject to 239 L &M because it: is on
a County Road and it is in the Ag District. That has been sent out.
Map was reviewed and discussed. #4 & #5 on map provided. They have septic and highway permits.
SEQR correction made - #7 total acreage — should be 25.4 acres in total, then 2 lots of 2 acres.
B Caldwell asked for Henry Slater to set up a public hearing once the Gairs have the items taken care of
that they discussed this evening.
Presentation from Lawrence Bice — Behan Planning Associates — Zoning Rewrite discussion.
This presentation took up the rest of the meeting.
