Joan: Non I can see, .Frontage is not available. "Total acreage available is 15 acress on south of

APRIL MINTUTES: Barbara does anyone have any comments'? Motion by David move with
correction under the section of revisions of the plan, several residents from Etna express concern ,

Joe: Does it work? it would seem the industrial buffer creates jobs and puts more pressure on
the agricultural lands for residential development'? No
David: How about frontage and flag lots?
George: Lots must be 170 feet wide and f lag lots need only 40 feet. State min. is 15 feet, see
280x. George talked about his achievements with the Town of Ulysses. David and
George engaged in much discussion about frontage requirements related to protective
agricultural land and character of town.
Ken: Why are we comparing Dryden to Lancaster, PA? Dryden grew 24% in the 80's! It only
grew 2% during the 1990 "s and appear similar during the 2000 -2004. Why are we
comparing Dryden big growth pressure development?
David: We are trying to protect the farmlands and yet give the farmer an option to sell less
productive land development.
Barbara: How about the letter to the farmers'? Do we want. to send the April 28`h letter to the
farmers? Yes. We want. to give the farmers options. We want to keep farmers farming as
lung as they want.
Ken: Talked about the Spring House Road Park.

David: Talks about the Industrial Area. Joe recommended acceptance of David's revised Industrial
Area l Ianshaw & 13 area. George wants to leave it done! David moved his Industrial plan.
