M. Christofferson. Motion to approve the minutes from July 20, 000- i_. Griffin: Second to the motion to approve Minutes- Chair Caldwell: Noted that proper notice had been filed with the media, Clarified that the subdivision application was a piece of a parent parcel so therefore must be considered a ubdivision, however it could be narned separately, Namely the Shelhammer subdivision, J. McElwain: Presented Revisions for Bestway's development off of Ferguson Road. Stated the primary concern was stormwater drainage. Proposed a dyke to temporarily retain stormwater. Chair Caldwell. Questioned the development of the idea of having access potential to adjacent lots. S.
