TOWN OF DRYDEN PLANNING BOARD
FEBRUARY 13, 1994
AGENDA: PEREGRINE HOLLOW SUBDIVISION - EIS
MEMBERS PRESENT: CHAIR. BARBARA CALDWELL; CLAUDIA BRENNER; JOHN
DAVIS; ROBERT FLETCHER; MITCHELL LAVINE; AND
JOSEPH LALLEY.
ALSO PRESENT: David Putnam; Henry Slater; Ralph Varn; Larry
Fabbroni; Mrs. DeBell; and Mrs. C. Reed.
The meeting was called to order by Chair. Barbara Caldwell.
J. Lalley moved to approve the December 16, 1993 minutes as
submitted. Second by J. Davis and approved by the members
present at this time: (4) B. Caldwell, C. Brenner, J. Davis and
J. Lalley.
J. Lalley moved to approve the January 20, 1994 minutes as
submitted. Second by C. Brenner and approved by the members
present at this time: (4) B. Caldwell, C. Brenner, J. Davis and
J. Lalley.

J. Lalley moved to approve the December 2, 1993 minutes as
isamended with corrections on original copy. Second by M.
Lavine.

Ralph Varn stated he has filed the petition with D.O.T.
concerning the proposed road off Snyder Hill Road into the
19 project through Cortland. The documents have been sent to
Syracuse and should hear within the week.

If approval is given for the
proposed road the

John Davis stated that he had attended the Town Board
Meeting and Mahlon Perkins, Esq. told him that he has deferred
the matter to D.O.T.
The Town Attorney has received a draft copy of the minutes
for December 2, 16th. and January 20, 1994 and the approved
minutes of January 13, 19940

Officer
to notify
the
Town
Attorney that he is
going to
file
this document as the Final EIS barring any objection.

The Chair noted the earliest the Board could act on the
subdivision would be March 1st.
The developer stated their was no need for a special meeting
date that the next scheduled Planning Board Meeting on March 17,
1994 was sufficient.
By March 17, 1994 the Planning Board Members will have had a
chance to review the comments from the agencies and public frog
the Final EIS filing. These comments will have been derived
from the 10 day published notice of the FEIS.
