PUBLIC HEARING PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PRECISION BUILDERS - ELLIS HOLLOW ROAD CHAIRMAN JOHN DAVIS The Public Hearing was opened at 8:20 PM. B. Michael Lavine stated he also would be abstaining from voting on the subdivision as there may be a conflict of interest due to employment. COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR Barbara Caldwell of 1624 Ellis Hollow Road spoke as a member of the public and not as a member of the Planning Board. The Caldwell property is one property removed from the proposed subdivision. She has known the Travis family for over forty years and Mr. Caldwell has in the past been involved with work for the Travis family however he is not involved with this transaction. Mr. Barkley will appear before the Town Board requesting a variance for the proposed road requirements. SKETCH CONFERENCE - SCHNURLE /TIER LIVERMORE ROAD, DRYDEN (2 LOTS) BARBARA CALDWELL, CHAIRWOMAN Attorney Van Donsel spoke on behalf of the developers stating that the parties have a purchase offer with the Nagle estate to purchase the parcel with the intention of dividing the lot in half for the sole purpose of building a personal home. This is the second lot being divided under 10 acres and therefore needs the Boards approval.
