Slater wrote a summary on the State Code in relation to driveways and stated that basically all buildings or structures that are more than one hundred feet off a public road or street other than one or two family homes shall have a driveway or private road adequate for the transportation of emergency vehicles, services apparatus and equipment. However there are no specifications that are given as to what is "adequate ". It's up to the jurisdiction of those people having that jurisdiction. Right now there are none to enforce.
