During discussion the following words were composed by the Board and requested it be sent to the Town Board Members. "THE PLANNING BOARD HAS BEEN DISCUSSING THE ISSUES UNDERLYING THE PROPOSED R -A ZONE AT SOME LENGTH, AND IS REQUESTING THE TOWN BOARD TO CLARIFY ITS INTENT WITH REGARD TO THAT PROPOSAL AND TO THE PURSUIT OF THE UNDERLYING ISSUES% VOTE: YES (4) C. Lalley updated the board concerning the Long Range Plan and the progress being made with the questionnaire, and noted public awareness meetings were being scheduled for Long Range Update..
