Meeting called to order at 8:05 P.M.
Approval of Minutes 12/14/89
Motion to approve minutes of 12/14/89 made by Heidt.
Seconded by Lalley
All members voted yes.

mod• Tallman presented a preliminary sketch for a
subdivision to be built on property owned by Abbott
abutting the armory property.
Caldwell: This is in an MA zone,
road and two lot
on Hanshaw Rd.
Slater: Site plan review with "Town Board scheduled for 1/24/90.
Heidt questioned whether or not Tallman

Little Crcck 'frailer Park
Karl Westerling reviewed proposed trailer park expansion. He has
received a variance from the ZBA to not use municipal water.
Heidt.: Can park water main handle fire flow?
Westerling: No, the mains are three inch.
Lalley: Tompkins County (-Health Depart.mcnt approved use of existing well
J:ed system.
Caldwell referred to Mobile Home Park Ordinances to check off
requirements. Each new lot. will have two off- street harking spaces.
Westerling advise that existing units will los-o on street parking as he
installs two off - street spaces for each lot.

Approval of Little Creek Trailer Park expansion subject. to:
.1 . investigal:iorl by the 'Town Engineer of possible impact of expansion
on Virgil Creek tributary.
2. modification of trailer park rule to comply with Town Ordinance
regarding skirting of trailer.
3. installation and maintenance by Westerly of a buffer zone containing
a mixture or evergreens and shrubs at least tell feett wide at maturity
and at least three feet tall at planting along the new proposed road
opposite proposed lots 1.6,17, and 18.
4" posting of signs at entrance to park 1-ruuring on street parking and
modification of park regulations.
Motion carried with all members voting yes.

Board Discussion
with Town Board Liaison and Town Zoning Officer
A general discussion ensued regarding the direction to be taken with the
Town Master Plan. The Planning Board suggested some summary issues to
be considered:
1. Changes in the character of the Town
2. Expansion of public utilities
3. Traffic
4. Sense of neighborhoods
5. A better strategy to deal with NYSDOT
Next regular meeting date set for 2/8/90 5:00 P.M.
Motion to adjourn presented by I-Ieidt, seconder! by Lalley at 10:00 P.M.
