Bob Keech presented to the Board a previously approved map of Beam Hill
Road which lacked signatures to be properly filed. After a short
discussion with the Board, it was pointed out that signatures from the
Health Department and the Assessment Department needed to be obtained
before the Board's signature. Mr. Keech will obtain all signatures.
24 PRELIMINARY RE9IEV - Robert Beech (Subdivision)
Mr. Keech presented to the Board an area map of Beam Hill Road. He
pointed out that a section previously approved for three sub - divisions was
•not large enough and therefore the map was changed to reflect two sub-
divisions.
After a short discussion regarding the placement of wells and septic
systems in this subdivision, it was agreed that Mr. Keech would check with
area neighbors to find out their placement of wells and septic systems to
insure that placement of the new wells and septic systems would not
interfere with the area systems.
It is was decided that lots six and seven would remain 'lots six and
seven', respectfully, even though they are a sub - division and not part of
the original proposal made by Mr. Pirsic.
In preparation of a public hearing for approval, Mr. Keech presented to
the Board an Environmental Assessment Form, Buzz Lavine will review it.
Mr. Keech will obtain the necessary papers from the Health Department as
well as a survey and map before the next meeting.
It was agreed that a Public Hearing would be held on the Third Thrusday in
November 1987,

Barbara Caldwell reported that she will draft something in writing
regarding property located inside an RA zone that has public water and
sewer.
After a brief discussion it was pointed out that according to the
"Selected Ordinances and Local Laws of the Town of Dryden a person owning
less than five acres in an RA zone would be subject to the current zoning
laws except for the acreage requirements.
Also, of the same ordinances and laws, an individual or property owner
would be restricted to sell or sub - divide any parcel of land into less
than five acres in an RA zone.
Gene Rotunda questioned what the Board could do in the event that several
people presented proposals to sub - divide their property into less -than-
five -acres lots of which this property is currently being considered as RA
zoned property and five - acre -lots would be minimum.
Buzz Lavine moved that
