The Zoning Board of Appeals met on Maylst, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. with mem-
bers Charles Hatfield, Nick LaMott, Chairman Bob Keech, and Zoing Officer
Sibley Stewart present.
The meeting was called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Chairman Bob Keech for
the purpose of considering the application of Dan Schmoe and Billie Conger of
2035 Dryden Road requesting a variance for setback requirement of 90 feet
from the road to build an additional greenhouse at 2035 Dryden Road.
Billie Conger was present at the public hearing and was asked if the
new greenhouse would be even with the last greenhouse and she said yes.

No one was present to speak for or against the granting of this variance.
