Stewart Mr. Hanshaw approached the planning board with a drawing concerning Hickory Highlands addition. New addition would be: 1) Total of six lots, ranging in size from 1.2 acres to 2 acres 2) Would have underground utilities 3) Lesser slope to development addition than original one. 4) Same deed restrictions 5) Looking twenty years into future, Ellis Hollow Creek Road would have twice as much traffic. The board would like Mr. Hanshaw to get following: 1) Soil Conservation report 2) Health Department data 3) Enviromental Impact Statement 4) Topography map The Planning Board's other business included approval of last months meeting minutes with no corrections or additions. The board read a letter written to the Town Board concerning Richard Kibel's resignation from the Planning Board due to his work schedule. Dhairwoman Caldwell and Mr. Stewart spent the fifth of July going over the census data. They took the area outside the villages, no way to check the vill- ages. And took the number of units of the last census,1970, and added single family permits, multi - family permits, mobile homes that were not replacements and conversions they knew about, and added to the base figure. The census bureau had a lot more housing units than they had. Possible conversions they had. Accepted their figures on number of units. Then they went by numeration district. vacancies, number of people and average num place where they saw a problem was the area The number of people per unit was down 1.69 in the other areas. Questioned that. They number as of April first was 47 higher than was then filed. Census bureau stated the number of ber of people per,unit. The only covered by the Trailer Park in Varna. which was substantially lower than called the trailer park and their census bureau. A formal complaint Barbara and Sib took information to Town Board meeting of July 8th and told what they had done and had okay of Town Board. The final figures are not in yet, but looks like we've grown slightly. Mr. Lavine noted that city of Cortland passed a ban of nuclear waste through the city. Meeting adjourned 9:oo P.M.
