Mr. Hanshaw approached the planning board with a drawing concerning
Hickory Highlands addition. New addition would be:
1) Total of six lots, ranging in size from 1.2 acres to 2 acres
2) Would have underground utilities
3) Lesser slope to development addition than original one.
4) Same deed restrictions
5) Looking twenty years into future, Ellis Hollow Creek Road would
have twice as much traffic.
The board would like Mr. Hanshaw to get following:
1) Soil Conservation report
2) Health Department data
3) Enviromental Impact Statement
4) Topography map
The Planning Board's other business included approval of last months
meeting minutes with no corrections or additions.
The board read a letter written to the Town Board concerning Richard
Kibel's resignation from the Planning Board due to his work schedule.
Dhairwoman Caldwell and Mr. Stewart spent the fifth of July going over the
census data. They took the area outside the villages, no way to check the vill-
ages. And took the number of units of the last census,1970, and added single
family permits, multi - family permits, mobile homes that were not replacements
and conversions they knew about, and added to the base figure. The census bureau
had a lot more housing units than they had. Possible conversions they had.
Accepted their figures on number of units.
Then they went by numeration district.
